I’ve been with New Creations since 2003. I was interested in a career with New Creations because of the variety of materials and work environments that we see, as well as the people in the company who encourage each other and help each other succeed. The freedom and flexibility of running my own business was a major draw when I decided to make the change from employee to a franchisee.

What I enjoy most about the work is much the same as when I first started. I enjoy the challenges of conducting vinyl repairs, leather repairs and repairing new materials. The reactions of clients makes it all worth it when we’re able to achieve great results. It’s very satisfying to deliver a service to the Vancouver Island community, and to be on the cutting edge of new restoration methods and technology.
